Dee is Director of Sales within GSK Consumer Healthcare and is responsible for GSK's Food and Dollar channels. In her current role, Dee partners with retailers to develop strategic platforms which leverage shopper data and create heightened shopper engagement for Food and Dollar retailers and GSK brands. She's held this responsibility for the past two years. Prior to her current role, Dee oversaw GSK's Walgreens, Target, Kroger and Rite Aid businesses. Dee has extensive shopper data experience and enjoys gleaning insights from shopper purchasing habits. For the past eight years, Dee has served as co-sponsor of GSK's Network of Executive Women (NEW) Initiative where membership has grown from four associates to now over one hundred thirty. Dee also is quite active in GSK's Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) and GSK's mentoring programs.
Prior to working at GSK, Dee was National Sales and Broker Manager within J&J Consumer Products Division. Dee also held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and sales training within Marion Merrell Dow's Consumer Products Division.
Throughout her career, Dee has been active in local market development and philanthropic outreach programs. Dee has served in communications, foundation partner, and held leadership positions within Junior League and other organizations within the cities she's lived. Dee graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with degrees in marketing and psychology.
