Jason Osborne is a Senior Manager on Walmart’s US Manufacturing team. He is responsible for delivering Walmart’s $250b commitment towards additional US manufacturing over ten years. In this role he leads across portions of the Walmart business to facilitate opportunities with current and new suppliers and accelerate making US made goods available to Walmart customers.
Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Manager for Walmart Services. He was responsible for ensuring Walmart Services products were delivered to new and remodeled stores for grand opening. Jason led a team of 8 associates whose primary role was to ensure seamless installation, training and validation of; leased spaces, Walmart Money Centers and kiosks.
Jason joined Walmart in 2014 after working for Caterpillar Inc as an Assembly Director for Motor Graders in North Little Rock, AR. In that role, Jason was responsible for on- time delivery of quality Motor Graders to customers around the world. Jason spent fifteen years in the United States Army as an Infantry Captain. He was responsible for the training and readiness of the soldiers that reported to him. He led them on several deployments overseas and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his actions in combat.
Jason has more than 20 combined years of leadership, manufacturing and retail experience and he holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
