As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at DSE Healthcare Solutions, Michele is building a portfolio of heritage brands that bridge the gap between their founding purpose and today’s changing consumer needs. In the years prior to joining DSE, Michele worked for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, The Luminations Group, and The Emerson Group. Across those companies, she’s led storied CPG brands, consulted senior leaders on new brand strategies and innovation, and worked across more than fifteen Health & Beauty product categories. Michele holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In her personal time, Michele authored two STEM inspired children’s books: Miles and Maya Countdown to Big Dreams, and Miles and Maya: So much to do In the Ocean Blue. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and children.
