Stacey Frede is Manager of Clinical Program Development for the Kroger Co. and Residency Director for the Kroger Pharmacy/University of Cincinnati Community Pharmacy Residency Programs.
She received her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2004. Upon graduation, Dr. Frede completed a postgraduate PGY1 community pharmacy residency with the University of Cincinnati and Kroger Pharmacy. She served in several roles with Kroger Pharmacy in the Cincinnati division aimed at evolving and advancing patient care in community practice. Multiple publications have resulted from the innovative patient care implemented in practice, including two Clinical Paper Research Awards from the American Pharmacists Association. Dr. Frede’s research interests include diabetes, disease prevention, transitions in care, interprofessional practice, and advancement of community pharmacy.
