Courtney Schoff is the Senior Vice President of Omnichannel Commerce for the Costco, Value, Beauty and Pet Specialty Channels at Market Performance Group. She has over a decade of experience within the CPG industry. Courtney joined MPG in 2020 and developed their Value Channel team, working with multiple vendor partners in the Health, Beauty & Wellness space to bring accessible products and offerings for the underserved shopper. Courtney has executed several brand launches as well as transformed business models and go-to-market strategies for numerous manufacturers. Courtney is focused on enhancing retailer partnerships and relationships as well as building a powerhouse team.
Prior to joining MPG, Courtney worked for Henkel Consumer Goods in their Beauty Care division on both the Walmart and Dollar General teams. With roles in Financial Planning, Category Management and Sales, Courtney has always enjoyed learning and challenging herself with new opportunities.
On a personal note, Courtney and her husband, Greg, enjoy traveling, working out, cooking and making fun memories with their beautiful daughter, Remington Grace.
