Leigha Dunbar

Leigha Dunbar is the Senior DMM/Senior Director at Walgreens, where she leads and oversees the Wellness division. Prior to working in the health & wellness space,  Leigha has had a successful 20+ year retail career spanning various industries, including ready-to-wear, sports & fitness, and home textiles.

During her expansive career tenure, she has collaborated with international and domestic suppliers, as well as cross-functional teams, to deliver innovation to the marketplace.  She has introduced new brands and segments, evolving categories to solve the unmet needs of the consumer.  Her leadership style is very dynamic and engaging, effectively mentoring high talent, and producing top-performing teams.

She has a demonstrated history of accomplishments in merchandising, sourcing and brand management, with a strong finance background, and has also held roles in planning and inventory management.

Leigha grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she graduated with her B.S. in Finance. She also received an M.B.A. from Webster University.
