Lisa Paley

President, North America Haleon

Lisa leads the North America Region for Haleon, currently the largest Consumer Health company in the world. She has been in role since 2021, having previously been General Manager, U.S. and Puerto Rico, when the business was still part of GSK.

As President, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for helping guide the enterprise and oversee the business unit across brand management, customer and expert sales, innovation, supply and R&D, along with e-Commerce and digital growth platforms. Under her leadership, the North American business engages with customers and builds business opportunities across numerous health and wellness categories encompassing brands such as Advil, Centrum, ChapStick, Emergen-C, Flonase, Paradontax, Polident, Poligrip, Robitussin, Sensodyne, Theraflu and Tums.

She joined GSK in 2019 from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where she had been President of North America, responsible for the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canadian markets. In her decade at Pfizer, Lisa had senior roles in sales strategy; was General Manager of Puerto Rico & Caribbean; was the U.S. Chief Customer Officer and leader of Global E-Commerce.

Previously, Lisa worked at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) as a Vice President in US Sales and also spent 18 years with the former Pfizer Consumer Healthcare/Warner Lambert where she held positions of increasing responsibility in Sales, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Operations, Category Management & Insights and General Management.

Lisa is a former Certified Public Accountant and worked for Deloitte. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Miami University and her Executive Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University.

Lisa is a Board member of several US industry association boards including CHPA Executive    Committee, NACDS Retail Advisory Board, and the WE Board. She was recently named Chair-Elect of the CHPA Board of Directors and will assume the position in 2023.
