Caroline is Director and Co-Lead of U.S. Business Action to End HIV, an initiative of the Health Action Alliance that mobilizes the private sector to advance national efforts to end the HIV epidemic. She leads strategy, operations, and partnerships to leverage business engagement and influence for public health impact. Previously, Caroline spent 15 years at KFF, where she led creative strategy and production for public education campaigns on HIV and sexual health, including Greater Than HIV, and partnerships with BET, Univision, FOX, and Walgreens. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication from American University.
