FAQ Fridays

FAQ Fridays are half hour calls designed to cover timely topics and provide a channel for planners and attendees to call in and ask questions relevant to where they are in their show preparation.

Each call will have a general topic designed to keep the forward momentum of your show preparation, but we will also be available to answer any questions. If there are common questions amongst the participants, we will add the question and answer to the FAQ section of the TSE website so if you miss a call or two you can quickly learn about questions and answers from the crowd.  Here is the link to where you can find all the current Frequently Asked Questions.

Collaborative Meeting Agenda

Developing your meeting agenda with your trading partners will ensure you are addressing the most compelling topics with the right decision-makers and influencers in the meeting. NACDS has created the Collaborative Agenda template for companies to use with their trading partners to co-create the agenda.

Guide to Success

This primer is for first-time attendees and seasoned participants who are interested in maximizing their opportunities at the NACDS Total Store Expo. It has been developed by members of the NACDS Retail Advisory Board and is based on their collective experiences.

Exhibitor Newsletters

Registered exhibiting attendees and/or Booth Logistics Coordinators will receive monthly communications based on the individual’s email preferences. Gain greater value by reviewing past newsletters that contain helpful tips and important information to aid you in your planning.

Booth Logistics

The booth logistics information includes important deadlines, the option for turnkey custom booth packages, a targeted move-in schedule for freight delivery, details about exhibitor access schedules, the use of shipping labels, and the requirement for exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) to provide information and insurance certificates.

Specific details are expected to be provided in the future, with some updates anticipated in the spring of 2024.

With the consumer purchasing trend of “buying American” increasing in popularity, NACDS wants to help promote your “Made In USA” products to our retail attendees.

If you have a product or products that are “Made in USA” and would like online recognition for them, simply complete the online form.

NACDS Total Store Expo has been one of the most important events that we participate in each year. The combination of meetings with retailers at Meet the Market and on the trade show floor has yielded us deeper relationships and increased business.
