Jim supports the development and implementation of NABP’s overall strategic plan, ensuring alignment with NABP’s mission and vision. This includes defining long-term goals to guide the association toward sustainable growth and success. Jim also oversees the Industry Relations team. Their role is network with the industry to better understand their compliance needs while building, maintaining and strengthening business relationships.
Jim served as a three-term member and past president of the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy as well as a two-term member of the NABP Executive Committee. He was the Director of Quality Assurance and Patient Safety for CVS Health prior to joining NABP in 2017. Jim is a licensed pharmacist and a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
