As Director of Sales at Evermark, Kaitlin Sickle leads a $120 million portfolio across Walgreens, CVS, and Ulta Beauty for a newly established beauty and personal care company reimagining and accelerating growth for an iconic portfolio of trusted brands, including Suave, ChapStick, Q-tips, Caress, St. Ives, TIGI Bed Head, Noxzema, Pond’s, and Lever 2000. She partners with retailers to drive category growth, develop strategic joint business plans, and create value for both customers and consumers.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning retail operations, consumer packaged goods, and national account leadership, Kaitlin has built her career by combining deep retail knowledge with strategic commercial leadership. She began her career with Wegmans Food Markets, where she spent a decade leading retail operations, merchandising, and managing large teams. During that time, she developed a passion for mentorship while building the strong retail foundation that continues to shape her customer-first approach today.

Kaitlin later joined Genpact, supporting Unilever as a client, where she became a subject matter expert in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems and developed workflow automations that streamlined business processes and improved efficiency. She leveraged that analytical expertise and retail experience to join Elida Beauty, where she advanced through several sales leadership roles before becoming Director of Sales at Evermark. Along the way, she played an integral role in the successful divestiture of the Elida Beauty portfolio from Unilever, the establishment of a standalone organization, and its subsequent integration with Suave Brands Company to form Evermark—an experience that strengthened her ability to lead through change while maintaining a relentless focus on customers, execution, and growth.

Passionate about developing future leaders and giving back to her community, Kaitlin serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for WE (4we.org) and as Treasurer of the WVW Baseball Booster Club. Outside of work, Kaitlin is a proud wife and mother of three. She can often be found serving as the family’s chief chauffeur and biggest fan—driving to games, practices, performances, and school events while enthusiastically cheering her children on from the sidelines. Whether partnering with retailers, mentoring future leaders, or giving back to her community, Kaitlin believes that strong relationships, continuous learning, and servant leadership are the foundation for lasting success.
