His experience supporting organizations like Nestlé, General Mills, Bayer, and Bausch & Lomb, to rapidly adapt to change, is now being focused on leading MPG’s AI center of excellence.
In his new role, Mark leads a team of AI experts and developers in customizing adoption journeys for commercial teams to quickly gain measurable value from implementing AI throughout core processes.
Mark’s approach to developing a sustainable, high-performance team is based on reliable and tested approaches and leverages a compounding and multiplier effect over time by using change management best practices to tie it all together. It reinforces a client’s existing investment in its people and a culture of continuous improvement. By focusing on continuous development in small ongoing “doses,” with regular assessments to measure progress, MPG will activate / build / strengthen the skills and capabilities of program participant across the key areas of development.
