Reema Jweied-Guegel is a Senior Director on AARP’s Enterprise Strategy Group. With a diverse background in strategy, partnerships, and social impact, she’s dedicated to creating positive change for communities and individuals. Reema’s journey has taken her through influential organizations like FSG’s Shared Value Initiative, URC-CHS, and the US Pharmacopeia. A proud Washingtonian, she holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland and an MBA from George Washington University. Beyond her professional work, Reema actively serves her community as a member of the Mayor’s Human Services Advisory Commission for the City of Rockville (MD), where she champions innovative solutions for vulnerable populations.

This session, based on those findings, will highlight the growing economic influence of family caregivers and older adults is reshaping the retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and pharmaceutical landscape. This session will explore how retailers and brands can tap into the evolving needs, preferences, and spending power of these critical consumer segments.
