Sarah Wilson is a people-first, results-driven leader whose curiosity, competitive spirit, and commitment to continuous growth have shaped her leadership from the very beginning of her career.

She currently serves as Associate Regional Sales Leader for the Charleston Region at The Hershey Company, where she leads a team of nine associates. Since joining Hershey after graduating from Clemson University in 2024, Sarah has quickly earned a reputation for developing talent, driving business results, and fostering strong retailer partnerships. In her current role, she is passionate about helping her team build confidence, strengthen capabilities, and achieve both personal and professional success.

Although early in her leadership journey, Sarah is recognized by peers for her positive energy, competitive drive, and ability to inspire those around her. Her four years on Clemson University’s Club Lacrosse team instilled the values of teamwork, accountability, resilience, and culture—principles that continue to influence her leadership philosophy today.

Sarah believes leadership is not defined by tenure or title, but by the ability to positively influence others every day. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel empowered to grow, challenge themselves, and realize their full potential, while embracing every opportunity to learn and evolve as a leader herself.
