Jeff Rochon is an innovative executive focused on building bridges by developing synergistic and collaborative relationships to navigate complex challenges within healthcare transformation. Jeff is Executive Director of the Pharmacy HIT Collaborative (PHIT) working to advance the usability, adoption, and implementation of interoperable health IT by pharmacists to ensure inclusion in the dynamic health technology ecosystem. Previously, he served as CEO of the Washington State Pharmacy Association. Successful efforts include passage of the landmark Pharmacist as Providers law. Jeff also served as CEO of PACE Alliance. PACE’s work led to the creation of the McKesson Amplify program supporting state pharmacy organizations efforts in 50 states.
