The Sequoia Project

Mariann Yeager has more than 20 years of experience in the health IT field. She currently serves as CEO for The Sequoia Project, a non-profit, public leading advancements for secure, interoperable nationwide health information sharing. Sequoia focuses on solving real-world interoperability challenges and brings together public and private stakeholders in forums, such as the Interoperability Matters program. Sequoia is the Recognized Coordinating Entity (RCE) for the ONC Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), working with ONC to develop, implement and maintain the TEFCA trust framework, supporting governance and rollout of TEFCA-based exchange.
