This session will highlight what retailers and CPG firms can do to cultivate and tap opportunities in the consumer wellness market, across different retail formats to function as a retail health store. We will be highlight the need for a coherent “whole health” positioning, including retailer-CPG collaboration where relevant, in order to win this market.  Included in the discussion will be a description of the opportunity for AI to support each of the three components of building this “store” – product offerings, service offerings, and marketing/customer communication.
