The NACDS Total Store Expo is the industry’s largest gathering of its most influential leaders. It is a combination of both strategic and tactical business meetings between existing and new trading partners and is attended by industry decision makers.
Complimentary Spouse/Partner registration is available and includes participation in all official NACDS receptions, the Total Store Expo Extravaganza, and the Business Program(s). Spouse/Partner will not be given access to the Exhibit Hall.
Registration is COMPLIMENTARY for all qualifying Retailers.
The NACDS Total Store Expo is an exhibits-based tradeshow. Only full-time employees (not third-parties or business partners) of exhibiting companies are eligible to register to attend. Purchase of a booth space is required.

All attendee registration cancellations must be made in writing and are considered official on the date they are received at NACDS. Registration cancellations received by Friday, April 10, 2026, will be refunded less a $350 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, April 10, 2026.

Registrations may be transferred from one company representative to a substituting representative from the same company before the start of the show without penalty. Registration substitutions are required to be made on an official substitution form.
